Quality guarantee

If a product you receive has a manufacturing defect — cracked resin, incorrect color, misaligned legends, missing components — we will replace it, free of charge.

This guarantee applies from the date of delivery.

What is covered:

Manufacturing defects
Incorrect or missing items
Damage that occurred during shipping

What is not covered:

Normal wear from use
Damage from improper installation
Modifications made to the product
Items purchased outside of komorei.store

How to make a claim

1. Email us with your order number

2. Attach clear photographs of the defect 3. Describe the issue briefly

We will respond within 24 hours on business days with next steps. In most cases, a replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Artisan keycaps

Artisan keycaps are handcrafted items. Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the casting process and are not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
