Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is in development — join our mailing list to be notified when it launches.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items must not show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Opened consumable products
- Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
- Digital goods or gift cards
How to start a return
Email us at contact@komoreistudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return and complete our inspection (2–3 business days after arrival), your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 additional business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order for the item you'd like.
