Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify, email us at contact@komoreistudio.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is fulfilled, changes cannot be made.

How do I apply a coupon code?

Enter your coupon code in the checkout page before completing payment. The discount will be applied automatically. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard in the industry. We never store your card details on our servers.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options (3–5 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. You can also view your order status in your account under My Orders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

Email contact@komoreistudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (2–3 business days after delivery), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Products

Are your products officially licensed?

Komorei Studio curates anime-inspired accessories. Some items are officially licensed; check individual product pages for licensing details.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Product availability is shown on each product page. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification and we'll email you the moment it's available again.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All Komorei Studio products come with a 90-day quality guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect within 90 days, contact us and we'll make it right.
